CLMS comes with a fully featured user management tool, which allows you to register new staff and manage existing ones, as well as remove any who leave. It is fully GDPR compliant.
You can even add users who are not from your organisation - CLMS allows you to keep users completely separate from your staff if you need to, and only give access to the content you want them to see.
We work with our agencies and outside companies and provide their training for them, too. CLMS makes it simple to keep all of the users in their own groups.
